He has given recitals in Reims, Paris, Milan, Washington and Boston.

Violinist Stacie Lin, Class of 2019, currently studies under Lynn Chang as an Emerson Music Scholar at MIT, where she plans to study biology, brain and cognitive sciences, and music.

Stacie began studying the violin at the age of three. For the past six years, she studied with Elliott Markow, Concertmaster of Symphony New Hampshire. She credits Elliott for inspiring her love and appreciation of music. She has performed in the New Hampshire Philharmonic as a first violinist and Principal Second Violinist, the Harvard University Summer Orchestra, and currently the Longwood Symphony Orchestra as a first violinist.

Aside from regular orchestral performances, Stacie has appeared as soloist with the Granite State Symphony Orchestra, with the UMass – Lowell “Concert for Hope” Orchestra, and at a TEDx conference. In 2014, Stacie was selected as winners of the Portsmouth Symphony Young Artist Concerto Competition, the Lakes Region Symphony Concerto Competition, and the NH Philharmonic Youth Concerto Competition. Stacie subsequently performed the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto with each of these orchestras. As a chamber musician, Stacie is now part of a piano trio in the MIT Chamber Music Society, receiving coaching from David Deveau, pianist and Senior Lecturer in Music.  Previously, Stacie was first violin of the “Harmonious String Quartet”, which has received coaching from the American String Quartet and the Ying Quartet.
