Olivia D'Ambrosio is a Playmaker, or versatile theatre professional working as a producer, director, actor and teaching artist. In greater-Boston and regionally, she has worked in her various artistic capacities at the Nora Theatre, Playhouse Creatures Theatre Company, New Repertory Theater, Commonwealth Shakespeare Company, Trinity Rep, Asolo Rep, Paper Mill Playhouse and Hartford Stage. In Cambridge, she is the Founder and Producing Artistic Director of Bridge Repertory Theater, now in its sixth season overall, and second in residence at the Multicultural Arts Center on Second Street; and a City Manager-appointed member of the Cambridge Arts Advisory Board.  Now in her sixth year of teaching at MIT, Olivia was the recipient of a 2018 Levitan Teaching Award from the School of Humanities + Social Sciences. She is a proud member of Actors' Equity Association, holds her MFA in Acting from Brown University / Trinity Rep, and her BA in Theatre + Dance from Amherst College (summa cum laude).  Learn more at www.bridgerep.org and www.oliviadambrosio.com.
