Gamelan Galak Tika celebrates 25 years and performs traditional and contemporary Balinese music and dance, featuring the traditional dance piece Puspanjali, as well as Guest Artistic Director Dewa Alit's Gringsing (2004), Batu Kalian (2014), and the world premiere of Ameriki (2018) written for American gamelan and performed on instruments designed and constructed by Lou Harrison and William Colvig.
Galak Tika also welcomes Gamelan Anak Tika (Cambridge Youth Gamelan) for the conclusion of their 2nd season.
