Join the award-winning MIT Festival Jazz Ensemble for the world premieres of Onward, by Kevin Costello, ’21, and Croissant, by Tony Terrasa, ’21, a special tribute to Chick Corea (1941-2021), and music by Duke Ellington and Billy Strayhorn. In 2013, Corea composed From Forever (Suite for Big Band Dedicated to Herb Pomeroy) for the MIT Festival Jazz Ensemble, released on Sunnyside Records in 2015.
