October 16-19, 2019, Ziporyn was a featured composer at the New Music Festival: 12 works performed over 3 days and 8 concerts, including world premiere of commissioned concerto for drum set and wind ensemble "Impulse Control," music for gamelan, orchestra, chamber ensembles, and soloists.
